What should you expect?

Imagine yourself in a peaceful place with soft music and the sounds of trickling water from a nearby brook. You are lying on a soft, lush, warm bed of clouds. You take several deep breaths and begin your journey to relaxation. Your therapist will massage your body with a lubricant that will soothe and heal the tired, tight muscles. The strokes from your therapist will rid your body of built up waste products in the tissues, all the while being gentle and relaxing. The long flowing strokes calm the superficial muscles and nervous system allowing you to melt into the soft cloud you lay upon. You will slip deeper into a relaxed state until you might fall asleep. Enjoy this time and feel at ease.
